if you look on ebay (parents permission plz) they sell all kinds of kits like that there are crystal kits too where you can make your own design they are called hot fixx crystals...

U can get iron on letters from Wal-Mart in gold or silver. U could get other color letters depending at certain location. U could also get there or at a craft store like Hobby Lobby or Micheal's. U take the glitter glue tube and squeeze the letters u want and where. If u make a mistake just get a little wet paper towel and take off. Its not bad at all. Good luck.

its sooo simple what u have to do is to first draw anything wht u want to made or wht u want to write with a pencil on ur shirt with carbon paper..then take liquid glitters or u can have dry glitter but then u have to stick it with a cloth glue...so it is better u take a liquid glitter spread it on the design u have made and dry it up in open air or with ur hair dryer.

you can get special glitter paint at the craft store.
they come in several colors and are washable.

Use Fabrick Sparklers gel ink pens, it will surely work.
