I'm looking for a website where I can order custom cd's with songs for karaoke. I want to be able to choose the songs from a list provided by the sight. They should be cd+g compatible.

Go to limewire and if you search "Karaoke" and the name of the song you want, you might find some.

would not artwork like that. iTunes enables you to "burn" a CD, that's somewhat the act of downloading the songs onto a CD. placed your songs into itunes, make a playlist, insert a CD into your pc and click burn.
