motor just turns over will not start checked timing it was ok it is getting fuel checked for spark did not see a spark replaced coil still doing the same thing

Pull the ignition module and take it to the parts store to be tested. that's the best bet. Autozone can to it. They don't charge if you have one close to you.

At this point, you need to retrieve the DTCs from the PCM. If it won't run, then you can't get to a discount parts store for help.
I am afraid you will have to bite the bullet and either purchase a code reader or pay a repair shop for the diagnosis and repair.
IF you choose to buy the code reader, use a repair manual and follow the proper diagnostic and repair procedure A code represents a failure or fault in a CIRCUIT or SYSTEM monitored by the PCM. It does not necessarily point to a specific component.
