Humans are getting more stupid my the years! We think we can take on EVERY THING!! the world is becoming more and more arrongent! I want if you agree dissagree...And why!! WHY are people not doing anything about anything! Here I am, sitting in my boring skool, learning about some stupid roman gut that died thousandes of years ago while out side ppl are dieing and suffering!!! It is part of the plan in dumbing down America, the dumber we are the easier it is to lie to us. Take this election as an example; no-one is talking about the real issues facing this nation, i.e. torture vs morals, etc etc.

Back when I was a kid (1970s) the news was the news, now it is sports, and actor/actress or any other mind numbing subject. People can name all the players of their favorite football team, but can name who is in congress representing them.

This is the America the Right and the Left have built, we need to rid ourselves from these demons an elect people who care about this nation and not what their party can gain.

I'm not entirely clear who or what you are criticizing, however, your paragraph seems to be a perfect example of the degredation of human intelligence, or at least, the lack of a desire to learn. Your paragraph is filled with spelling and grammar errors, and yet you criticize the institutions which seek to educate you. For example, the purpose of studying history is to recognize mistakes that people in the past have made, so that we do not repeat those same mistakes. If you have no interest in understanding the consequences of actions, and the reasons that political/social events occur, I cannot see how you can legitimately criticize current political decisions.

You also say that there is death and suffering around you, but claim you cannot do anything about it because you are forced to go to school, which is a completely untrue statement. If you believe that you have the capacity to change society for the better, there's no reason why you cannot spend your time outside of school fufilling that goal.

I take it that you are a very young person? yet, you have asked a very important question, 1st let me say please read your history and learn from the past , if not we are certaintly going to make the same mistakes we did in the past,now your question, when the integration laws wer passed, no one knew what effect it would have on our country, but, our courts and laws saw fit to lower our sat, entrance exams, so the minotities would be eligable for entering colleges their score had to be 50 at the time and whites 70 , and as the years have passed they have lowered the scores more and now are thinking about doing away with any type of tests or scoring , to insure more miorities become eligable
while India, china, korea, and Japan have raised their level of scoring, and they came in ahead of the U,S, this year in technology, the U,S, came in 5th place, when before we were in 1st place, many countries are beating the U,S, in manufactring , science, etc, because the government and courts are dumbing down America, they think it is more important to be politically correct , , than to have a strong country whos people are intelligent, You will get a lot of crap from these bleeding hearts and liberals who will kill you if you call them prejudice , and they will be politically correct if it cost them their kids , country etc, brain washed ???? only Americans and westerns are lowering their standards, while others are getting ahead of our training programs, look at asia, and some other countries then decide for your self,

Humans are continuing to get dumber because the standards continue to get lowered. Instead of focusing teachers' time and attention on the intelligent kids in school, they focus their attention on the kids with learning disabilities. In the meantime the smart kids in class have to sit there bored and wait for everyone else to catch up.
