Wearing a copper bracelet could only benefit you if you had faith in it. That would be the placebo effect. You only need very little copper. Too much can be harmful.

A copper bracelet does not improve every thing, but it does help with arthritis.

It helps improve your body's alignment, although I don't know how.

Metals are from the earth.

They can heal people.

Anything made from the earth can help heal us because we are from the earth too.

There is a type of gold, I believe called monoatomic, that when ingested will allow you to function at like 98% efficiency. You won't have to eat or sleep for days but you are smart, quick, like a warrior.

Gold is the best electrical conductor known to man.

Which would make sense why it would improve your bodies electrical impulses to function at optimum performance levels

My grandfather wore one for as long as I could remember, but I honestly don't think they're capable of improving health.

I tried it, it made my arm green.
That's all I noticed, other than that... no difference.
