Follow the M2 northbound out of Belfast. When you get to the Newton abbey junction take the middle lane and stick your car into reverse. Keep going for about 10mins and you will be there.

I live in Belfast and I always thought Ballygobackwards was a made up place because my nan always used to say to us when we asked her where are you going [being nosey] she used to say ballygobackwards and when we asked where that was she used to say beside ballygoforwards. Honestly didn't know it was really a place you learn something new all the time on this site. I know this didn't answer your question but I thought I would share that with you.

take the first turn to the right then take the next left ,keep going until you see a field with cows grazing,take a left and then a right until you come to a hill and when your over the hill you,l see everyone walking backwards there it is have you got that ,will i start again .
