Yes, Newt is a real Mr. Family Values.

He's on his 3rd marriage. His first wife put him through grad school. He was a serial adulterer and was known for his brief affairs with students while he was a college professor. He served wife #1 with divorce papers while she was in the hospital being treated for cancer. He quickly married his second wife who he had been dating for the last several years of his first marriage.

While Newt was in Congress, he had a five year affair an aide. He served wife #2 with papers relating to their divorce while she was in the hospital being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. He quickly married wife #3 who is about 30 years younger than Newt.

When he was Speaker of the House he led the impeachment movement against Clinton even though he was in the midst of the affair with the aide.

Yes, he slimed his ex-wife, but he's all Republicans have as a hero these days. At the very least, his wife was over the age of 18.

That is true. It's also true that he later married the woman he had the affair with. It's even more true that he spoke negatively of President Clinton's "relations" with Monica while all this was happening.

Yes, he had an affair, and he then divorced his second wife. He then married the woman with whom he had the affair and is still married to her. So what? You thought he was perfect?

No, and you know it, you are not stupid and know how to use a search engine and you know exactly the right answer but are trying to twist or spin it for some political motivation.

Nice try though.
