Do you need to read to get good grades at London Met or are they just scaring the students?

First semester at London Met in London, last year of Uni, my previous years were at Uni's where I could do well without reading.

Reading is very important at any college especially your text books and related books required by the class in fact as much and some time more then attending the classes and listening.
It also is important to keep up with news either Though television, Internet Newspapers and magazines especially for social science classes.
als reading offers the ability to explains ones mind in Knowledge, other peoples ideas as well as get enjoyment from books
