Would have seriously studied in college and travelled to a more advanced country than mine to get the citizenship.
Everybody regrets not having studied.
Do it.

Well, I'm only 21 and trying to get my life started, so I don't think I could answer that quite yet. :) I am growing up and trying to learn from mistakes.
