You won't start voting until you get someone you like. Not very smart. Stop thinking of Left vs Right, Dem vs GOP, all that does is confuse the issue. Think of it as Freedom vs. Enslavement, and vote like your life depends on it, guess what it does.

In today's world only fools claim to belong to one party or the other, because both parties are the same group of losers. Stand up and take back your nation from the blood sucking thieves that control it now.

Of course you can still say what's on your mind, but I think people give you less respect when you have strong opinions and no resolve to actually take any action. If you wait til mudslinging subsides, you'll never vote again. It's part of the process (even though I hate it too) and almost always has been. I truly wish politicians would focus on what they plan to do right rather than pointing out what their competitor is doing wrong.

But not voting is offensive to some because it makes no statement at all. You don't have to vote for the main two candidates - take some time and look at the others and cast a vote for who is "closest" in line with what you want and believe. A vote for an independent can be a powerful thing. Then at least you're doing "something"

the purpose of voting is to elect someone in there Who Really Cares!! If you don't vote, they won't get there. The same old same old will be reelected. And don't just look at the Demo-Publicans, there are other parties with better ideas, just not the MONEY. By not voting, you can't complain, as you voided that right by not exercising your right.

If you never vote again, you are still free to speak your mind, courtesy of the 1st amendment rights. If you wait for the "mud slinging" to stop ~ you'll probably be waiting a very long time. Do your part ~ that's really all any of us can do - except pray! Amen!

YYyyyyaaayyy THOMAS! and i quote "vote like your life depended on it, guess what, it does"
Your question answers itself, the process of voting is you "saying what's on your mind" your next only viable option is get your own tv show or run for office yourself. I think from reading your question that you actually have alot to say and its probably of value, so get out there and say it. Vote like your opinion is valid because it is. This is the basic fabric of what this great country is truly about.

even if you dont vote, other votes will count. So either way, you get someone you dont like. However, its better to choose between the better of two evils rather than not voting and getting the worst evil.

They wont stop mudslinging, it's almost political tradition. I'd vote anyway to say what's on your mind. Focus on the better of two evils, if it's how you see it.

If you are a Democrat, I prefer you saying all you want. Just don't vote.

Freedom of speech! It is for everyone. As long as you live in the USA. Even the illegals. It is your right. And the constitution says it is so.
