delete the history, temporary files, cookies and then check your documents and pictures folders, you might also try using the search box or just simply restore to an earlier point that day when it wasnt on the computer and quit going to porn sites

Girls just want to have yourself. Porn isn't healthy do to the fact that it retracts from looking to true to reality sources of that fufillment. Go into your explorer options, delete the history, browser cookies, and the saved files acquired from online. Next time you feel like going to those sites, refuse to go on NO MATTER WHAT.

sorry man, but it will ALWAYS be on ur computer. u can look around, and delete easily noticable things. the problem is, the things that get on to your hard drive ARE permanent. you can, on the other hand, spend a little money and have the internet files hidden, or completely erased. just be ready to pay some money.

hope this helps

Click on "tools" menu ( top left of page), click "internet options"
(bottom of pop up), in the "General tab" click "Clear history", wait
a second then click "Delete Files", in the little pop up wdw check "Delete all offline content", click "OK" twice.
