i have movies i want to downlode them to my ipod video how do i downlode my own movies

is it free and if its not how much

if you have a ipod video its not that hard- you can use a program called Videora ipod converter, its by far the quickest way i have done it. just make sure the folder you put the resulting file in is part of your i-tunes library.
