and I proposed a trade where I trade R Brown T Barber and Roethlisberger for P Manning R Grossman C Dillon, my other backs are C Williams and M Bell, my other qubs are Huard and Delhome. Good or bad trade

I think Lienart for Young was a good trade. But if you already have Lienart (Huard and Delhomme), why do you want BOTH Manning and Grossman?
Without knowing or understanding your roster, I'd suggest adjusting that trade offer to include WR to replace Brown and skip out on Grossman. And cut Huard while you are at it.

Young for Lienart is looking good right now......we will see how it goes.....the other trade will never go through....

1. They wont give up Peyton
2. As good as Tiki is.....and I love the guy.....doesn't score touchdowns
3. Brown has no offensive line....so no production
