my partner lost his password for logging on to outlook express how can he get the password back?

using window washer this wiped clean his password on outlook express he cannot remember it.so of course cannot receive or sent emails how can we solve this problem.we do not want to set up another address please help

I didn't know you beeded a password.
Maybe this will help.
In Outlook click on FILE on the dropdown point to IDENTITIES
then click on MANAGE IDENTITIES.
You should be able to enter your original info.
