It's wrong for both. I'm not sure who raped a teen that you speak of, but I do find it interesting that so many people are blindly coming out to shift blame from Foley and onto Democrats. Let's be human beings. This email thing happened. Foley was wrong - he's gone and no one should make excuses. On the flipside, if someone "rapes a teen" regardless of what party they're in - they should be convicted and sent to prison.

It is wrong for anyone to rape teens, and also wrong to be a pedophile and, via e-mail, try to seduce young boys. Grow up, your questions on this subject are very tiresome.
