Just wondering if you were under 18 and caught in a R Rated Movie what would happen?

I think you mean under 17. And you will probably just get kicked out, depending on what kind of city/town you live in, I highly doubt that the theater would call the police and waste their time, unless you piss off the wrong theater employee who just happens to be having a bad day. And NO you will not be tried, as suggested by one of the other respondents.
