Hi dear ZZ Z ;

Step 1
(x-1/2) + (x+2 / 3) =x
(x-1/2) + (x+2 / 3) - x = 0
(x-1/2) + (x+2 / 3) - (x/1) = 0
{ take a same denominator between three fractions , i choose 6 }
(x-1/2) + (x+2 / 3) - (x/1) } ....

{ 6/2 = 3 ; 3 * ( x-1) = 3x - 3 ;
6/3 = 2 ; 2 * ( x +2) = 2x + 4 ;
6/1 = 6 ; 6 * (x) = 6x } ....

Step 2
Now ;
(x-1/2) + (x+2 / 3) - (x/1) = [ 3x - 3 + 2x +4 - 6x] / 6
[( 3x + 2x - 6x) + ( -3 + 4) ] / 6
(-x +1)/ 6 = 0
( -x +1) = 6*0
( -x + 1 ) = 0
-x = -1
{ multiply each sides by ' -1 ' } ...
x = +1

Good Luck.

x-1/2 + x+2/3 = x
you have to find the Lcm
3(x-1)+2(x+2) divide by 6=x

3x-3+2x+4 divide by 6 =x

3x-3+2x+4= 6 *x
5x+1=6x
5x-6x =-1
-x = -1
x = 1
