kikyo costume under $50.00?

please i need an kikyo costume from the anime inuyasha to wear for halloween under $50.00 its really important to me it doesnt have to be top quality,just recognizable.Thanks a lot!

Start hittting the thrift stores, you'd be amazed what you can find for $5. The whole outfit looks relatively easy to make, have you tried sewing?
