how do you answer this during interview, when youre applying for exact same job at diff company, ie waitressing?

You can say that you want to try experiencing new styles, even though you're going to be doing the same thing as before

You have achieved all you can from your current employment and you are looking to take a step up the career ladder by working for a more professional company with higher standards.

A little bit of flattery goes a long way.

There must be a reason, and you know the answer. It could be a better work environment/company, better pay scale/benefits, nearer to home etc. Be honest, without running down the current company too much. Never burn the bridges! You'll never know when you need them again :-)

Because the suck- a s ses before were purebread morons... thats why! This is then followed by an uncomfortable silece then the guy said "when can you start?" lol I quit again of course.
