what is the resolution of a piece of paper? like normal printer paper? pixels x pixels plz k?

My first inclination was to suggest that paper does not have a resolution per se. If a page of paper is sent through a printer, the printers resolution is what counts.
however, paper is made up of fibers, and the surface will be porous to some degree, (which is why pictures look better when printed to glossy paper, The surface is far less porous).
So, depending on the paper and its level of micro fine "flatness", a piece of paper may affect DPI reception. (BTW, printing functions are usually defined as Dots Per Inch, and not Pixel, which is usually a monitor characteristic).

Paper does not have a resolution, it is the quality of print ie pixels psi that is being asked

it's paper...it doesn't have pixels...the measurement would be 8.5" x 11"...sry this probably doesn't help though
