if we never had wars again?
If there were no natural disasters?
As cruel as it sounds, maybe this is all necessary!
Just wondering.......your views?

To end wars is in the hands of people...
To end natural disasters....well,sweetie , you are up ****'s creek without a paddle.
What would the world be like...
Great , no wars no terror...nice.
Watching you struggling to get up the creek....priceless....wink

I do think that natural and man-made disasters spark discovery... and that part is a good thing, but overall is it worth it... let's say there was no WWII and that meant we would be 20 years behind where we are technologically... ok, so 30,000,000 people wouldn't have been killled and we would have to wait about 5 years for cell phones... I'm willing to wait

It would be wonderful. I really don't think wars add anything to the human experience. Nor does natural diasters.
Like would be wonderful, happy, and torture free. We could make sure everyone had food and a comfortable home.
what would be wrong with that. Maybe we would learn to do birth control. wouldn't that be nice if every baby was wanted and looked forward to?

I think we need hardship and pain to make us appreciate the good times.Without the bad times it all fades to gray.
Humans need pain, hardship and anguish as a motivator.Unfortunately,we need death and pain to make us reach a better state of mind,to make us want to improve ourselves.
Wars scare most of us into avoiding them as much as possible(war IS Hell).
Natural disasters is one of the reasons we have building codes.I suppose you could also see natural disasters as a way of nature to"thin the herd".If your stupid enough to build in a flood zone,in the shadow of a volcano...etc. well...

IF THERE WERE NO GOD.
what would be this world
if there were no god?

as a catholic silence strike
'cause i love to sing i love,
but,as fear pope says it's a lie,
so,**** "praise us or shut up...

oh praised be god
who when he was a teen
did never spy his parents
, nor like his sisters practiced..
then when he is a dictator

oh,i'm no gay's slave
i'm free to guide my head.

Nation economies would fail, people would be bored with no tragedies to read about or experience.
