Some, but not all, monitors respond well to CTRL-ALT-arrow up pressed simultaneously. Some display adapters in the settings tab have a way to correct the problem. If those don't help then scour the web, you'd be surprised how many people have the same problem, although dog is usually the culprit.

Dont panic and dont reinstall anything.
Most likely your cat has pressed a key combination that rotates your screen.
If you dont have the documentation;
Right click on your windows desktop
Click properties
Click on the Settings tab
Click the Advanced button
have a look here and you may find an option to rotate your screen
Other than that, search the internet for details of your graphic card e.g. Manufacturer

It looks like you video card supports a way to flip your monitor 90 degrees, for specialize monitors that ca be fliped.
Therefore i will recommend looking at your video card options and try to flip it 90 degrees back. Or maybe there is a shortcut on the keyboard to make it, flipped and that's what the cat hit when she jumped on it

Dude I think I know what to do:
Hold down the Alt Gr key then, press the arrow up key. That hopefully should flip your screen up the right way up.

I would use system restore. It will bring it back to where it was. Go into help & Support type in system restore in the search area follow directions. Good Luck!! Forgot you have to pick a day before your cat did that!!!

Try pressing the "refresh button". It is the one on the paper with two green arrows. See if that helps.
