Help with abc.com?

I'm trying to watch the latest episode of Grey's Anatomy on abc.com, and for some reason, it won't get past the first couple of minutes. Can someone tell me what might be the problem?

Well, I went to the website and was going to try and troubleshoot and give you an answer ... but I live in Canada, and you can only view the shows from the US.... sooo....

Have you watched these before without trouble?
Try rebooting computer, in case RAM or pagefile is low
Do you have a broadband internet connection and it is working good?

Other than these, I don't know, sorry.
