Call your cell provider and tell them you need it unlocked because your current one doesnt work right and thaat they told you that it would be ok. may take a week or so to send out info but just be patient.

Vodafone can't do it. But if you go to a shop that deals in phones (not carphone warehouse or any of those) they will unblock it for about £15 or less. If you ring vodafone, they'll only try and get you to use them. They won't unblock it.

You have to buy a new SIM-card that is the only solution. Because you won't have the PUK-code that you need to give to the vodafone service people to help unblock your phone, they can't help you. Look at the internet for SIM-only offers. That is the cheapest solution and the only one I can give you.Good luck!

Becareful purchasing used phns. Sometimes these phns are put in whats called a negative file. Alot of times they are unable to be taken out. You will need to call your service provider and give them your phns sim or IMEI number to find out what kind of block and if it can be removed. Not to mention you dont want to purchase a phn that may be on a blocked lost or stolen file.

It depends on why the phone was blocked.

If it has been reported lost or stolen, or placed on the blacklist, then it cannot be unlocked or unblocked.
