Depending on how much you "need" to lose . .
Go running once a day for at least a mile. Cut out all solid foods for 4 days. Drink water, twice the daily allotment, and beef or veg broth. Cut out all sweets, and carbs for the other 3 days. utilize a sauna for a few hours. And do a lot of exercises. This is what most military people do when they have to pass a tape test in a week. The weight will not stay off afterwards unless you moderate your intake and keep up the exersice.

Be realistic. You can't lose a lot of weight in 1 week's time. Drink plenty of water, exercise, eat a very lean diet. No sweets or desserts, fatty meats. Do not go overboard because you will have the opposite results and could do damage to your body.

What you need to do is incorporate both healthy eating and exercise. So many times people only do one or the other. Try not eating anything from a package, like chips, processed snack foods, and so on. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. Eat whole grains and yogurt.

Set limits - Stop sodas or other sugary drinks - just water or lemon flavored water
stop eating say after 9pm each day.
walk or run slow jog every am or pm or both.

BUT YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM or Diet.
Not much can be that important to loose weight in ONE week. Live life for who you are!!! Good luck and be careful.

No junk food.
No more than 1500 calories a day.
8 oz water every hour or two
Exersize everyday. Do atleast 30 minutes total a day.
No red meat.
Do 50 situp's a day.
That's it! You'll look great~

Well. I think the best way to lose weight is be doing it naturally.
1. Dont skip meals. Its makes you hold on to weight.
2. Watch your diet. strictly 3 healthy meals a day. NO SNACKS.
3. Exercise daily weather its:
-Swimming
-Running
-Dancing
anything like that will help you lose weight.

Get up early or in the afternoon run for as long as you can, i lost like 5 or 7 pounds by doing that once a day!

Just go on a vegitarian diet and have soup for dinner. You might be hunger when you go to bed but make sure you have your major meals during the day not in the evening. Lastly drink lots of fluids.

do at least 50 sit ups a night(depending on how much you want to lose) for the whole week and you should see a difference

All weight loss is down to two things:

Eat less -exercise more.

Anything else is some faddy-guru nonsense and is best ignored.

Eat less. Exercise more and let your body do the work for you. Best of luck anyway.
