Probably None. As far as I know, the death penalty remains only for murder. Louisiana does provide the death penalty for Aggravated Rape of a Minor , but I'm not yet sure just how aggravated it must be to qualify. In other places sexual contact with a minor does not fit the bill, even though the sentences can be pretty lengthy, but don't go up to the injection gurney.

Now, if they decreed the death penalty for idiots, executioner might be a more active profession.

In Louisiana, the State may seek the Death Penalty for the rape of a child under the age of 13 years (Louisiana Revised Statute 14:42). There has been one conviction for capital rape out of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The case is still pending in the post-conviction/appellate process. The real question is whether or not the conviction will be upheld by the US Supreme Court under the 8th amendment. The Court has a prior precedent on this subject, the Coker case out of Georgia. Coker declared the death penalty for rape of an adult to be unconstitutional but left the question of the constitutionality of the death penalty for the rape of a child open for another day. Currently, South Carolina & Florida are working on laws similar to Louisiana's but I do not know if they have passed yet.
