That should work fine, of course getting two with the better latency will work better, but it will work. The computer may even slow down the faster one to work at the same rate as the slower one. Anyway brand doesn't matter, neither does voltage.

Suggest you go to a memory company's web site and use their memory configurator. Plug in your specific computer info and they'll tell you exactly what's required. Some computers need both sticks to be the same, others will allow a mix. Kahlon has a pretty good FAQ section and I believe it's better to be safe than sorry.

As long as they fit securly in the slot they should work ok. My computer has 3 different RAM sticks in there right now... It's fine.
