Few, if any, can learn it by watching others do it. It is the easiest subject to learn, one thing builds onto the next. If you get behind, you need to catch up. In math, there is always a way to prove you have the right answer(s), or that there is no answer. No other subject is so kind to the inquisitor.

yes, get an interest for the subject! and try to find out, how to use what you have learned in daily life.
It sound to easy, but it always easier to learn something, if you have an interest in the subject, and the interest comes very often, when you first know a little about the subject

Yes, do lots of math problems! They're fun and you will learn math!
You should also learn how to spell English, as that will help you in your future career as well, whether it be in electronic engineering or any other field.
