the conditions of the apartment are horrible and i want to get out of my one year lease as soon as possible.

You could complain to the management but I am not sure how effective that would be. You get what you pay for. If the members and employees of the management do not live on the premisis it usually means that they don't like the conditions either.

The Highest level you could go at the apartment complex is the Complex Owner. You could report them to a lawyer and see if they have violated anything in the contract you signed or ANYTHING possible. If you go to www.apartmentratings.com you can talk **** about them too.
