Well the christian belief is that you go to either heaven or hell. I think Hindu's believe you are reincarnated and some other people believe you end up in the ground when burried and that's it.

you are consist of body(corps)and soul,when soul go out body it became dead,after going into grave two angels comes and assk that dead man about his beleive in allah(god)and his prophet
if he was good muslim he will reply and his soul be happy as it is in heaven and in case he was un beleiver he will not reply and his soul will suffers as he is ih hell,the body will be desolved by bacteria and earth worm ,then the soul be free or prisoned as i said before,some how this a tiny illustration for your question according to islam beleived.

Well,your body decays but your spirit either goes to heaven or hell. It depends if you are a true christian or not.

if you are a christian ,go and read the story about lazarus and the rich man. then you will know what happens when one dies.it is in the bible.
