i need some shiny red, but not too red, and a bunch of other things thatll last cause im gonna use it for halloween, cosplay cons, and the thing that me and my friend are doing for school. we have to make 15 original clothing designs, and then make them..... EEK... i need like, a lot.....

Depends on what you want it for. Wal-Mart does have cheap fabric, but it's not just inexpensive...it's cheap. It falls apart really easily (the cheap cheap stuff, anyway). If you only need small pieces, you can get some great deals at Jo-Ann's if you have one...I often find remnants of up to 2 yards for up to 90% off original price. Tag sales and thrift shops can also be good sources. Don't forget to look beyond the obvious...a sheet or other large piece can be used as fabric, too!

You can go to a fabric store and they always have a sale table if that won't work try super Walmart.

Hide in the back of thrift stores where people drop off their junk. When no one's looking, go through the junk and steal the clothes. You can also rip the upholstery off of the couches too.
