are standard mattress sizes the same for waterbeds?can i put a queen mattress in the frame of the waterbed?

i am wanting to use my waterbed frame but put a regular queen mattress on it. is this possible?

no you have to go one size down, the reg mattress has to be a full size for a queen size frame even then you will have a little space in between on both sides

yes you can, it will fit fine. the only problem you'll have is changing the sheets!!!
