South Park, Daily Show, Ed Edd & Eddie, Animaniacs, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, lots of specials from Discovery TLC and Nova, Simpsons, Jeopardy, Count Down w/Keith Olbermann, Dexter's Laboratory, Fragile Rock, toss in some music videos every now and then.

NO sports. NO reality shows.

blimey well i think it would have to contain re-runs of the following programmes

Nanny
Prisoner Cell Block H
Gambit
Doctor Who
Bless this House
Thomas the Tank Engine(for the kids of course)
X-Men(cartoon version)
The All Electric Amusement Arcade
The Girl from Tomorrow
Tomorrows End
The Generation Game(Larry Grayson version)
Birds of a Feather
The Darling Buds of May
On the Buses
Dempsey and Makepeace

To name a few all scheduled to be shown on either BBC1,which would incorporate the Old BBC1 Globe and would have intervals and closedowns and pages from ceefax included Anglia which would incorporate the old Anglia knight ident and would also have lots of old ads from the 70s and 80's thrown in too.

and there would be no mention of "Celebrity" "Reality" or "Quiz" programmes on Pain of Death

cant say off the cuff but anything different to what we are subjected to now and I would have a good scrutinising of channel 4 i think not all is genuine with that bunch and all the programmes seem to have the same address as channel 4 Horseferry Road and they were in the news this week to a £50000.00 fine

I know this probably won't be the best answer, but here goes:

Mon - all of Mike Tyson's classis fights, Sugar Leonard's, Ali's Etc..
Tues- Every Superbowl
Wed- greatest movies of all time...Citizen Kane, One flew over the cuckoo's nest etc...
Thursday- Biographies and or speeches of interesting historical figures. nietzsche, freud, jesus, hitler, etc...
Friday- Concert blowout - All of the major arena bands. Plus lots of Metallica, Tool, and Disturbed videos.
Saturday- The arts - Famous painters, Musicians, Poets, Literature
Sunday- Miscellaneous - underwater oragami, how do they make twizzlers etc.. then I would finish it off with a 2 hour run and lots of PT or something like that to burn away the 20 pounds of lard gained eating nachos, pork rinds, and raw crisco. mmmm....yummy.
