What do you think of it, and do you think it has outlived it's entertainment value?

SCD is excellent entertainment! Yes as a dancer I am biased, but let's be honest here: it is good old fashioned family entertainment - no violence, no swearing and no sex (well not unless you count Ola Jordan's outfit on Saturday - wow!).

I was watching, naturally, and thought that the judges were very unfair to Matt Dawson. He wasn't great that's for sure, but to give him a 2 was totally wrong. Jimmy and Nicholas also earned 2s and they were far worse.

Until the ladies have danced we cannot really pick our favourites, I'm looking forward to seeing the chemistry between Claire King and Brendan "Love Island" Cole, and I think Carol Smillie could surprise a few people. Personally, I will be rooting for the wonderful Mr Anton du Beke, I would vote for him even if he was dancing with a chimp! Tres Bon!

I've never watched this series before am will be totally honest and say that I am only watching it because Mark Ramprakash is on it. I've had the world's biggest crush on him since I was 11 and am 28 now (and I clearly don't care who knows it - the crush or my age!). The programme is really good though and will be glued to it from now on.

I would watch it but that flipping Arleen Philips and that Craig whatshisname do my head in with their nasty comments about everyone and that is enough to put me off watching it for life, I just watched the guy that used to be in Corrie last night and I thought he was hot to trot and wouldn't have minded a dance with him myself but Craig the pain opened his gob and that was it I turned over.
