Okay, when I log onto Yahoo and check my mail I can't see any of the advertisements, this goes for most web sites I go on. I thought it was the pop up blocker so I changed the settings but it still does the same thing.

WHEN I HAD THAT HAPPEN IT WAS A VIRUS THAT MY NORTON DIDN'T GET AND I ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE IT TO MY REPAIR GUY. YOU COULD GO INTO YOUR CONTROL PANEL AND CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR SECURITY SETTINGS ARE SET TOO HIGH, ALSO. IT'S NICE NOT TO SEE THE ADDS BUT YOU WILL WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A VIRUS SO RUN A VIRUS SCAN. AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT GET 'AD-AWARE' BY LAVASOFT (IT'S FREE) AND RUN THE SCAN TO CHECK FOR ADWARE AND SPYWARE, TOO. IT DOES A GOOD JOB OF GETTING RID OF THAT STUFF. MAYBE YOU COULD CALL TEC SUPPORT WITH YOUR SERVER AND ASK QUESTIONS, THOSE GUYS ARE GOOD TO HELP WITH THAT AND CAN GIVE YOU THEIR OPINIONS.

But you should be happy for not seeing those advertisements. Anyway they may be a result of pop-up blocker or software like that.

Sounds like you have an Ad Blocker installed with either one of your security programes or browser...be thankful that you can't see any advertisements!!

You are so lucky. Most people go to great lengths to block stupid advertisements and your computer is doing in all on its own.

Consider yourself fortunate!
