Will it ruin the point of the show if she does??

Yes she will, but it's not until the very end of the show. I saw the original Colombian telenovela. The current Mexican telenovela on Univision, Betty La Fea, she still hasn't been transformed. It won't change the plot because you get a lot more females angry, shocked, men fall for her more, etc. This fuels more humor.

"Ugly Betty" is not ugly. Look beyond the cover, she is portraying a real life type of person.

It really does not matter if she gets one or not;since Betty is pretty
to begin with.. But; if she got one, that would be great..

I hate that show. I can't believe television is going to call a person ugly. We are all God's beautiful children.
