First, see which state of India you want to start D.S.A. Check the statuatory requirement as different states have different rules.
After settling everything as name of company, statutory requirement, funds availablity, choose the product line, appoint experienced staff in relevant area, make sale/expenses budget and start practically. When you will start D S A the routine hurdles will come and will be solved automatically if you will keep on doing business.
