is it possible to have my computer shut off at a certin time even if people are logged in?

i want my kids off the computer at 9pm every night..can i have the puter shut down automatically?

write a batch file to shut down and schedule it. thats it.

Yeah its possible to do that using some 3rd party software. I just dont know what its called.
