Yesterday, some little punk 16 year old girl (who was waling across my work parking lot) spit in my face not once, but TWICE for honking at her to move out of the way!!! THEN she had the nerve to call ME a "pu$$y" of all things when I did nothing about it. ..But I was late and pulling in to work so what was I suppose to do about it??? To be honest, I'm a big guy, but I'm a little worried she might come in to my job again and I work alone behind a hotel desk. I had to give her $20 just to go away and leave me alone in the parking lot the last time because she would not even move out of the way!!!!!

Spitting on some one is called assalt, call the cops and make a formal complaint and if that does not stop her file a restraining order. Breaking the restraining order will land her in jail and I bet she won't spit in any faces there. Also assalt is a jailable offence you could have her arrested for spitting in your face... realy

That is assault.. you can press charges or simply inform her she does it again your calling the cops for harassment and assault put the spoiled brat in her place.. I am glad your a young man trying to do the right thing.. you could of been the one going to jail for slapping the shyte out of her.

I'd just ignore her. She's feeding off of your reaction to this, and apparently she's banking on it, too. I know it's hard for guys because it looks bad when they stand up for themselves against a girl, but you could give her a piece of your mind. I'm figuring this would probably scare her from ever messing with you again. Either that or ignore her.

You set your self up as a person she can control. spitting may be classified as assault because diseases can be carried in sputum, check with the local police , and if necessary have her charged with assault, or trespassing if she has no business for being there. you need to deal with health hazard
