What IQ test did you take? All the standardized, empirically validated IQ tests I've administered do not go above 160.
If you took an online test, I would take those results lightly.

If your IQ was really 176, you would
1) Not require the use of this site
and
2) Would not need to ask that question.
Oh, and
3) Would have better grammar.
176 is a genius IQ...

I'm a little skeptical of that number. Did you take an on-line I.Q. test? If so, you should know that they're not nearly as reliable as a proctored or administered test. Perhaps mention the name of the type of test that you took. Besides, you're age is already taken into account when you take an I.Q.test. Put simply, throughout a person's life, the number or quotient does not change very much (if a person's I.Q. was 125 when they were 12, it would be close to that when they are 21).

If it was a valid IQ test conducted by a psychoogist that specializes in administering IQ tests (or tests in general), then yes, it is a pretty good score.
