At least a pitcher I think. I get teary over silly things like commercials and movies and anytime I talk to a small child (?) Not sure what that's about. That's only a drop or two.
Sometimes I cry in dreams; I wake up and feel a big wet tear running down my cheek. If something is bothering me at night the tears come. They tickle. And I have to get up to blow my nose.
I have a big cry once every few months, depending on what life is throwing at me. Then the tears really flow. I once cried for 18 hours straight. I really didn't cry much at all until I got to my 40's. And so most of my real-time tears are mingled with ones that have been buried away for a long, long time. It hurts horribly when they pour out but feels so much better once they're gone.

I am ultra sensitive so I bet it is even more than a pitcher. I cry at everything. I shed some major tears when the Tigers beat the Yankees last night. it was soooo cool!

I don't dwell on my tear output but I may have cried a river or two. Not that I run around crying a lot but I am very sensitive.
Thankfully ,like a river, my tears wash themselves out to sea very quickly and I can get on with things.

Prolly somewhere in between juice glass and pitcher. I don't think beer mug is it. I dunno. Hard stuff happens, but not all tears are caused be sadness. For instance, ever laughed so hard you've cried? That happens to me every once-in-a-while.

I cant cry. Im not sure why. Maybe it is from all the pain, and I have just grown numb. But sometimes I really want too, and find it hard because I cannot.
