It depends entirely on the field you wish to pursue.
If you want a master's in business (an MBA), it is not only feasible, but the company you work for may require it for advancement and may be willing to help you pay the tuition.
If you're in education in one form or another, more education equals more money.
In other fields, a master's degree is a prestige thing a little more.

It's not only feasible--but very much a professional necessity. For people who are over age 40, the majority of people have at least a Bachelors Degree. To be competitive, a Master's is increasingly necessary.

Yes. There are a lot of Fellowships and Grants out there that also pay for your masters, with not so bad catches. In todays world I think a Master has become more and more necessary since the number of Bachelors graduates keep increasing. It is def feasible and somewhat needed to be more successful. You just need to do the reasearch.

Yes, to make yourself stand out nowadays, you need the masters. Bachelors are so common, they mean nothing. A bachelors degree will allow you to make a decent income and nothing else.
