He just has to get to the area where the snow plows are parked and he probably has a fourwheel drive vehicle to get there. In small towns he might sleep over at the Public Works Dept if a bad storm is predicted. Or another snow plow driver might meet him near his house and bring him in to where the plows are (and that guy might have been on night duty at the garage).

Snow plows are on stand by as the storm hits. The people that plow the road get to work before it starts snowing too hard.

He finds it easier 2 ride his bike in heavy snow, than drive his car.
easier 2 manoeuvre around a obstacles.
