Many other jobs ... but consider why you want to get out of teaching and whether there are any alternatives within the profession you are already in. Maybe a change of school, or a change from KS3 to FE (for example), within the prison system, working overseas for the Forces, or as a private tutor, or a move from state to indpendent sector (another e.g. - overseas another possibility). All of these options would allow you to progress from where yuo are now. A total chane of profession may mean starting at the bottom of the ladder again, with reduced pay and benefits.
It is difficult to offer other types of job without knowing your personal qualities. Are you confident and outgoing or intrapersonal? Do you prefer books or people? ..........???

I am a high school teacher as well and recently started my own business withe a great company. I want to get out of the classroom and work from my home within the next two years, which is why I did it. I am only working part time right now, but will be going full time as planned. You could always think about that or if you want to stay in education, private tutoring or selling educational tools with a company. It just depends what direction you want to go and if you are looking for full time or part time!

I'd head towards project management.

1. You need to be highly organized, in fact, thriving on organization.

2. Communications skills are absolutely key here. If people don't support the project, then they will find ways to fight it and kill it.

3. When the project is rolled out there will be a need for training. Obviously you'd know lots about the training phase.

There are grad degrees in project management.

Technical Training would allow you to continue teaching but in a smaller training environment.

Technical documentation -- documenting how programs work.

Process documentation -- documenting a business process from beginning to end.

Project Management -- Planning time and resources to ensure that a project gets completed in a timely manner.

Most techies hate writing documentation.

Teachers are also real good at real estate. They are use to working with people, guiding those who are clueless. taking over when needed and letting people make decisions after teaching them what they need to know to make them. They are good listeners, good at matching the people to the right property, and are accustomed to "paperwork". Former teachers do well with real estate including doubling their incomes.
