The speed of CPU will be affected of course. As for the others it depends on your motherboard. The RAM will be affected because its speed is determined by the FSB, but if you have an advanced motherboard it will keep the speed of the RAM the same. PCI and AGP shouldn't be affected if you have a fairly new computer, but they will if you have an older one. I would seriously recommend some more research before you attempt overclocking, because it can ruin your computer if you don't know what you are doing.
