What song/group had a music video where a young woman carries a giant heart around the city?

Sometime in the 90s -- I think it was a European band who had a Music Video featuring a young woman carrying a large heart throughout the city streets. I remember watching that video several times but don't recall the music artist.

oh i remember that something abt lonely heart r suthing like that. i hated that song
