This is kind of a survey out of curiosity. I had a 1972 Gremlin in high school 1981-85. My car didn't look all that good but it ran great. Most of the floor boards had holes in them or people had put their foot through them. It was "very" yellow with black stripes down the sides. Bucket seats and a 3 speed. When the fenders rusted through my dad put brown sheet metal on them. When that rusted through he just put grey duct tape over it. Quite a site it was. My sister wrecked the side of it and dad put a brown door on it from another gremlin. It got me where I needed to go. Well, 25 years out of school now and I have another Gremlin. 1970 baby blue with white stripes down the sides. It's a work in progress but hopefully we'll be able to take it to the AMC Nationals in Cordova next year. Well, anyone out there got one??

My brother has one to. It ran a long time. Then he blew the motor on the freeway and just left it there. Never went back for it so I guess it made its way to the salvage yard. It was a cute little yellow car with black stripe.
