I missed the Veronica Mars Season premiere! Can anyone explain what happened so that I won't be lost?

Veronica is in college at Hearst and so is Wallace who's roomate is a kid from Oregon who is kind of naive and had all his stuff stolen because he didn't lock his car while carrying stuff up. Vernocia helped him get it back. She is still with Logan but the new kid likes her, you can tell.

Dick Cassablancas was making a dick of himself on campus and gets the crap beat out of him. He wasn't having anything to do with Logan because of Cassidy's death but turns to him for help after admiitting he screwed up and Logan hugs him and takes him in.

Mac's roommate is a bubbly blonde "ho" and Veronica and Mac go out because Mac can't even go into her room because the roomie is doing the deed. Later after going out to a bar they crash at the room because Veronica gets sort of trashed and they are awakened by the roomie screaming bloody murder because her head got shaved (the rapist from last year, remember?)

Keith was doing the "thing" for Kendall Casablancas (is it Kendall I am having a brain freeze)(the wicked step mom) which I did not quite get except that Keith picked this guy up when he got released from prison (he looks familiar but I don't remember who he is) and took him to Kendall. Then the guy SHOOTS Kendall (but you can't tell if she is dead because she is in another room and you don't see it happen) and at Keith but I couldn't tell if he got hit. Keith hides and the guy says he will come back for him and leaves and that is how the show ended.

I can't wait till Tuesday!

well i watched the premiere but it was my first time ever watching the show so here is the cw review they are very detailed. you won't be lost.
Veronica Mars returns! Welcome back to Neptune, where even sunny college campuses have a dark side. Here's what we're thinking after the premiere...

Making enemies -- immediately
We love that Veronica wasted no time pissing people off (despite her opening voiceover), specifically her condescending Criminal Justice TA. Think she maybe should have refrained from twisting the knife with that "What did you do for the extra 10 minutes?" comment – he will be grading her papers, after all.

Sympathy for Dick
Ah, Dick – it's so nice to see you living up to your name. Drunkenly hitting on every woman that moves? Classy. Crashing a Take Back the Night rally in your skivvies with a blow-up doll? Even classier. But attacking poor Mac, who is quite traumatized enough by her relationship with Cassidy and his subsequent suicide? Classiest of all, my friend. We almost – almost – didn't feel sorry for your emotional breakdown at the end of the episode. But darn it, you made us care. How dare you!

Brit Lit 101
Now that Veronica's hit college, the writers are apparently breaking out their literary references. A guy named Fagin leading a band of underage delinquents in a thievery ring? Hmm, where have we heard that before? Let's check our Brit Lit 101 notes – that would be Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist. We were also amused that Fagin finally got a first name, and it just happened to be the same as one half of the band Steely Dan. A two-for-one reference!

Mystery developments
Finally, we loved how they lured us in with a relatively sunny episode, then hit us with the one-two punch of Kendall's shooting and happy-go-lucky Parker's rape. Like we said: Neptune has a dark side. We're guessing we'll be seeing a lot more of it as the season goes on.

Veronica and Logan are still going strong; Veronica is still living at home with her dad, Mac and Wallace each have new roommates, Veronica helps Wallace's friend who has had his possessions stolen, and there is a serial rapist on the large Hearst campus.

I have it on DVR but haven't watched it yet because I'm trying to finish watching season 2 first. I wish I could send it to you through my cable box or something. Sorry... Great show though.
