I have 2 kids (12&10) which is the best home router (with software included) to lock my kids from the router at a certain time from surfing the net?

The most effective installation I ever saw is when the parents had the cable modem in their bedroom. When they went to bed, they tuned off the cable modem, it shuts off the internet in the whole house, but networked printers will still work.

i have a netgear wgr614 v.5 and it has the option to block acess at certain times
