I can answer this if you have an Apple iMac. If Windows XP, i don't know how.
Take off the back and shake them out. Dont touch the Intel chips. There's a red thing beside the fan that you can touch and it wont break off. It's to hold in the fan.

If you have a small vacuum cleaner for keyboards and such, you could try that. Or Raid and then vacuum. Easy on the Raid though!
